As a Financial Performance Analyst, you\'ll monitor operational metrics and provide meaningful analysis to support the financial success of healthcare organizations. You will own customer relationships early on and lead discussions with and impact the decision-making of healthcare executives. You will isolate potential financial risks and communicate them effectively. Apply numerical analysis to financial concerns and evaluate revenue cycle risk factors to impact transformation of the healthcare industry. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success Work experience in Finance-related field is preferred Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, SQL Ability to assess accuracy of data based on comparisons to budgets and/or forecasts Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses and form conclusions Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) COVID-19 vaccination Employment type
