Operations Specialist . Responsibilities
Ensure all operations tasks are completed and the banking center is compliant. Provide friendly, accurate financial transactions to customers. Receive deposits, cash checks, issue withdrawals, and record deposits. Lead and assist a team of tellers with their operational duties. Take responsibility for managing the vault. Serve as the face of the bank by assisting customers and building strong customer relationships. Qualifications and Candidate Profile
Experience in teller operations or cash handling with strong attention to detail. Passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service face-to-face. Enjoy organizing tasks and maintaining order; ability to work in a fast-paced retail banking environment. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and employee development; interest in advancement within the organization.
