Comply with company policies, procedures, standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans; apply these in executing business processes and practices. Operate a forklift following company standards and guidelines to safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise and pallets. Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and address improvement opportunities; adapt to change, difficulties, and feedback. Receive stocks and organize merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers; manage inventory flow; follow policy and procedures for utilizing equipment; merchandise and working inventory; handle exceptions; correct shelf capacities; complete and retain required paperwork and logs. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding and supporting members regarding self-service technology; assist with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve member issues and concerns; promote products and services. Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, adhering to steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe conditions. Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation by properly zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and cleaning displays, maintaining modular integrity, receiving, sorting, staging, and delivering merchandise, ensuring visible display of promotional and seasonal items, processing defective merchandise, and monitoring shrink and safety risks. Support club pick up orders by assisting with picking and staging; ensure orders are fulfilled timely and staged properly; perform occasional inventory accuracy audits. Manage inventory by tracking goods, maintaining in-stock levels, and controlling shrinkage; report poor inventory practices and low in-stock levels; use inventory tools and equipment safely. Operate and maintain forklifts; report unsafe conditions; inform leadership when equipment is not functioning. Proactively identify customers who need help and assist with technology services and items; model and train others in technology services. Identify shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas and take corrective action. Maintain equipment and ensure products are organized and stocked correctly; promptly fix any issues. Qualifications
