As a Proposal Manager, you will provide leadership or support on various business development assignments, from strategic proposals to smaller proposals and qualification statements. We focus on transportation solutions and services, including planning, design, engineering, construction management, land development, environmental permitting, and collaborative delivery models. Main Duties & Responsibilities

Lead End Game coordination and preparation of proposals, working directly with technical staff. Support planning and development of small to mid-sized presentations and interviews. Coordinate, write, edit, and research non-technical proposal sections, ensuring compliance and identifying potential issues. Participate in kick-off meetings, milestone meetings, and opportunity planning/Middle Game activities. Develop knowledge of the water market, suggest teaming partners/subconsultants, and apply business objectives, priorities, and sales strategy. Serve as a subject matter expert on Sales Operations procedures, policies, and best practices. Other Job Specifications And Expectations

In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be expected to demonstrate progressive skills in leadership, sales strategy, sales functions, and processes, as well as Jacobs/industry acumen. Requirements

BS/BA degree or equivalent. At least six years of relevant experience in proposal management/coordination, ideally in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Conversant in objectives and services provided by Jacobs. Understanding of how personal efforts help achieve Jacobs' goals. We offer a competitive base salary range of $95,000.00 to $120,000.00, as well as a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discount.
