MSI‑ESIS seeks a Controls Low‑Voltage Foreman to lead our install teams with the installation of conduit, wire, cable, equipment, components, and devices associated with energy management systems. The foreman will manage project execution, coordinate with field crews, and ensure high‑quality installation of electric/electronic controls and panels. Essential Functions

Read, review, and execute project documents such as blueprints, drawings, scopes, budgets, deadlines, and operation sequences. Lead and mentor installation apprentices and crew members. Create and communicate wire and conduit run plans. Label, pull, and install wires from start to finish. Mount control panels and conduct wiring using basic electrical tools. Install junction boxes and other electrical connection devices. Run, bend, and support conduit while maintaining infrastructure integrity. Wire panels and devices according to PTP drawings. Layout mechanical room for conduit and device locations. Troubleshoot communication and wiring issues. Map and install transformer banks. Repair circuits, wiring, devices, and networks (use of multimeter required). Provide trust and leadership to the team and customers. Attend job‑site meetings to discuss workflow, scheduling, and progress. Build and wire BAS control panels (in‑shop or in‑field). Qualifications

5‑10+ years of industry experience. Strong organizational, detail‑orientated, and time‑management skills. Ability to work independently or in a team within a professional environment. Comfortable working in constricted spaces. Valid Florida driver’s license. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Expert level aptitude in control systems. Excellent written and verbal communication. Customer‑service orientation. Physical stamina for standing, balancing, climbing stairs, ladders, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Upper and lower extremity strength for reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crawling, stooping, twisting, and squatting. Safety Responsibilities
