As a Financial Performance Analyst, you'll monitor operational metrics and provide meaningful analysis to support the financial success of healthcare organizations. Track key performance indicators and offer best practices to improve financial performance. Take ownership of customer relationships early on and lead discussions with and impact the decision making of healthcare executives. Isolate potential financial risks for customers and communicate risks effectively while evaluating revenue cycle risk factors. Apply numerical analysis to financial concerns to influence transformation of the healthcare industry. Location & Relocation

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area with a history of academic success Work experience in a Finance-related field is preferred Knowledge of financial statements, analytical techniques, SQL Ability to assess accuracy of data based on comparisons to budgets and/or forecasts Willingness to question assumptions, explain analyses and form conclusions Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) COVID-19 vaccination Equal Opportunity
