Are you an experienced project scheduler with a passion for precision and performance? We’re seeking a
Senior Project Scheduler
with deep expertise in
Primavera P6
to lead scheduling efforts on complex, large-scale projects. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to optimize schedules and resources while guiding others in best practices. What You’ll Do
Lead the development and management of detailed project schedules from initiation through completion Build and maintain task dependencies, constraints, and critical paths to ensure on-time delivery Allocate and manage project resources efficiently using resource leveling and optimization techniques Customize Primavera P6 layouts, reports, and fields to meet project and organizational needs Integrate risk management strategies into scheduling, including contingency planning and mitigation Implement and analyze Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics for performance tracking and forecasting Conduct “what-if” and scenario-based analyses to anticipate project challenges Integrate Primavera P6 with other project management tools and databases for seamless data flow Troubleshoot scheduling and performance issues within Primavera P6 Mentor and train junior schedulers and project team members on advanced system functionality Develop documentation, templates, and best practices for consistent schedule management What We’re Looking For
4+ years
of experience in scheduling, project controls, or a related field Proven proficiency with
Primavera P6 , including navigation, customization, and advanced features Strong understanding of
critical path analysis ,
resource management , and
schedule risk assessment Experience implementing
Earned Value Management (EVM)
principles Ability to analyze complex data and communicate results clearly to project stakeholders Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Leadership abilities with experience mentoring others in technical scheduling tools Seniority level
