Achieves individual sales goals. Develops strong product knowledge across all categories. Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate kate spade experience. Develop personal connections with guests through effective selling skills. Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate selling culture and initiate business-driving events in store. Build brand equity by communicating the brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers; act as a brand ambassador; relay client feedback to store leadership to enhance service and sales. Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, deposits, and securing the facility. Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Strong communication skills and an elevated sense of personal style. Ability to work store schedule as needed, including evenings and weekends. Standing for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable climbing ladders.
