Alleima Tube Americas seeks a Business Development Representative to lead the business development effort in the Heat Exchanger Fabrication & Manufacturing sector across the USA and Canada. In this role, you will develop market segments and build customer relationships, helping customers achieve better solutions. Your role As Business Development Representative at Alleima, you will be part of an international company with ambitious plans. You will have the chance to impact industries through materials technology and build relationships with colleagues and customers locally and worldwide. Role Responsibilities Establish Alleima as a preferred partner and tube provider with heat exchanger fabricators. Collaborate with Account Manager and the Technical Marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales growth. Identify, qualify and quantify new business opportunities. Serve as the trusted partner to current customers to grow the existing business. Identify customer business drivers and develop and execute account plans to drive profitable growth. Conduct regular business meetings and presentations through extensive travel to customer and end-user sites. Provide tailored commercial and technical solutions while negotiating contracts and agreements. Participate in daily decision-making processes involving quotes, projects, and agreements alongside the sales organization. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to anticipate customer needs and opportunities. Travel 75% Your Profile Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum) or Business Administration. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales. Solid understanding of fixed process equipment manufacturing, refining, chemical processing, or similar industries. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English is essential.
