You will shape the direction of our newest product, TurboTax Live Business, and help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax Business products.
What You Will Do
Provide accurate tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations to customers.
Use professional resources, government websites, and team expertise to deliver correct answers in everyday language.
Interact with customers via our virtual video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Adhere to Intuit’s operating values, including integrity without compromise.
What You Need
Strong business tax preparation experience with at least 3 years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120‑S) for a minimum of 20 clients per season.
Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
Minimum 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, 30 returns per year.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Bookkeeping experience and proficiency with commercial tax preparation software.
Experience preparing business tax returns for service‑industry customers preferred.
Active PTIN and, if required, related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
Working knowledge of Circular 230 and strong customer‑service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking, problem‑solving, and research skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Compensation Base pay varies by location ($40.10–$46.20 in the Bay Area and Southern California; $38.20–$43.90 in Colorado; $40.10–$46.20 in Hawaii; $38.20–$43.90 in Illinois; $38.20–$43.90 in Maryland; $40.10–$46.20 in Massachusetts; $34.40–$39.56 in Minnesota; $40.10–$46.20 in New Jersey; $40.10–$46.20 in New York; $34.40–$39.56 in Ohio; $38.20–$43.90 in Vermont; $40.10–$46.20 in Washington; $38.20–$43.90 in Washington DC). The position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.
