Join Our Team as a Front Office Clinic Supervisor
We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented leader with a passion for patient care and staff development to support day-to-day operations and develop a high-performing front office team at the Buena Vista Health Center. At Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC), we’re more than just a healthcare facility—we’re a cornerstone of our community in the Rocky Mountains. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate front office activities, ensuring efficient and patient-focused operations
Serve as a role model and mentor, supporting onboarding, training, and continuous development of front office staff
Assume operational leadership in the absence of the clinic manager
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a calm, professional environment
Promote team development by utilizing effective communication and problem-solving strategies to prevent conflict and build cohesion
Ensure compliance with clinic procedures, regulatory standards, and customer service expectations
Facilitate staff education efforts and lead performance improvement initiatives
Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff
Qualifications
Previous experience in a healthcare front office or administrative setting (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Proficiency with EHR systems, scheduling platforms, and basic office software
A proactive, calm, and service-oriented approach to problem-solving
