We’re looking for a detail-oriented

Supply Chain Analyst

to support procurement, inventory management, and production planning. This role works closely with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure material availability, vendor coordination, and smooth supply chain operations. Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, ERP experience (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365), and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities:

Working in conjunction with Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Analyst negotiates and purchases raw materials and packaging supplies to support development and manufacturing of company products. Process and review MRP on daily basis, review safety stock and usage history to determine the EOQ for all raw materials, packaging, plastics, and other components. Issue Purchase Orders based on the MRP review in the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Great Plains). Collaborate with the planning team to develop the weekly production schedule by ensuring material availability for scheduled production and proactively identifying and communicating potential supply risks. Review incoming material in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Great Plains) for pricing and quantity accuracy on daily basis for invoicing purposes. Request for Quote from multiple 3PL companies and select the best based on rate and transit days for all inbound shipments. Review critical raw materials and packaging components that have longer lead times on weekly/bi-weekly basis for ordering purposes. Work with the QC department and respective 3PL companies for any damages related to inbound shipment and file freight claims on regular basis. Order supplies/miscellaneous parts to support production, quality, and R&D teams as per their requirement. Follow up with vendors on open purchase orders for confirmation and due dates. Review safety stock for WIP-1, WIP-2 and finished goods product on daily basis. Provide support for projects, new business opportunities and proposals by sourcing new material as per R&D or QC requests. Provide support to Marketing team for new product launches and business development on regular basis. Work with suppliers to gather all QC related documents for our yearly audits. Identify and approve backup suppliers for all components. Develop, analyze, and publish KPIs related to Supply Chain as needed. Investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions to assure smooth operations of Supply Chain. Understanding of contract buying, pricing and negotiation with the suppliers for critical components Organized, detailed and can effectively multitask and prioritize work demands Ability to work with individuals at all organizational levels Strong quantitative and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexible and adaptable to process changes High accountability and reliability Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Analytics or related field 2 or more years’ experience in Supply Chain or related position ERP System experience and/or developing new work processes also a plus
