Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities: Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service for customers. Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing additional tasks that leave a positive impression. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure proper handling. Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers efficiently. Distribute work among technicians effectively. Answer technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards. Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues; order parts and tools as needed. Oversee warranty claim administration. Set schedules and assign tasks to service department staff. Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain good relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations. Job Qualifications: Organized and friendly personality. Time management skills. Exceptional communication skills with customers. Professional, well-groomed appearance. Proven record of positive customer satisfaction results. Team-oriented and self-motivated.
