Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, or similar technical discipline.
APICS certification desirable. Masters Preferred.* **Minimum Experience:** 10+ years of experience in supply planning, operations planning, or integrated business planning, with a strong multi-site background. Strong communication and influencing skills to lead cross-functional consensus. Analytical mindset with Power BI, Tableau, or Excel modeling expertise.Knowledge & Skills:* **Specialized Knowledge**:
+ Strong technical aptitude with respect to Operations Planning systems, Capacity Requirements planning and processes.
- Must include Statistical, Trend, and Modeling knowledge.
+ Power BI experience. Oracle and Oracle Cloud experience preferred.* **Specialized Skills:**
+ First-hand experience working within large data sets.
+ Proven success influencing cross-functionally at all levels and managing change.
+ Strong communication, oral and written.
+ Demonstrated applied problem-solving skills. Proficient to advanced computer and presentation skills.
