About the Role

We’re hiring a Corporate Development Manager to drive the top of our M&A and investment funnel. This role is about proactive opportunity generation—you’ll be on the front lines identifying, cultivating, and qualifying acquisition and strategic investment targets that align with our long-term vision. You will report to Riskified’s CFO and work closely with senior executives across Product, Finance, Legal, and GTM. What You\'ll Do

Own and manage our deal sourcing engine: build and maintain a robust pipeline of M&A and strategic partnership opportunities Identify high-potential targets through market research, outbound outreach, industry events, banker relationships, and founder networks Build and maintain relationships with founders, VCs, bankers, and advisors to stay ahead of market activity Evaluate companies’ fit against our strategy using high-level diligence, financial analysis, and qualitative assessment Partner with internal stakeholders to translate product and business strategy into sourcing priorities Collaborates with the Finance and Legal team on deal evaluation, diligence, and execution Prepares accurate, thoughtful, and concise presentations for senior leadership and Board of Directors Qualifications

3+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or in-house corporate development, with a strong sourcing or relationship-building track record Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required) MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred Fin-Tech, Payments, or E-Commerce experience Strong M&A deal experience required Demonstrated ability to identify and originate deals proactively A strong network in the startup/tech/sector-specific ecosystem and a passion for discovering emerging talent and ideas Experience in financial modeling and strategic analysis Excellent communication skills—you can build rapport with founders and C-levels, and pitch our vision credibly Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $170,000 - 200,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location. If you feel this range is not attractive, we encourage you to let us know through the application process. Base salary is just one part of the pay package at Riskified. All full-time regular employees receive a bonus target and are eligible to receive stock-based awards.
