We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support our 3rd‑shift operations. This role is critical to ensuring our facility runs efficiently and equipment remains in top condition.

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of production and packaging machinery in a fast‑paced, GMP‑compliant environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical and electrical background who enjoys hands‑on work and thrives in a team‑focused culture.

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $58,240 – $68,640 per year

Shift: 4 AM – 12:30 PM (First shift)

Education required: High School

Responsibilities

Provides technical repairs to complex electronic, mechanical, and PLC systems.

Troubleshoots, repairs, fabricates, and/or installs electronic systems, complex gauges, instrumentation, and new parts, including mechanical and electronic interfaces.

Troubleshoots, repairs, adjusts, installs, and programs electronic, electric, and pneumatic controls and instrumentation used to control and measure equipment performance, building automation systems, fire protection systems, material handling systems (elevators, etc.), and energy measurement systems.

Assists production workers in diagnosing malfunctions in systems and equipment.

Executes major equipment overhauls and tests equipment after repairs, changeovers, or extended downtime.

Maintains production equipment while operating on a defined production schedule.

Operates general machinery and tools including saws, drills, power tools, scissor lifts, forklifts, etc.

Interacts with and maintains records in accordance with Maintenance Management System requirements and job assignments; communicates via email and computer systems.

Completes duties in accordance with quality assurance, GMPs, safety, and other company programs and procedures, and in compliance with government code and regulations.

The Essential Functions

Working in a smoke‑free environment.

Wearing steel‑toe shoes.

Working in a non‑temperature controlled environment.

Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.

Standing for up to 7 hours at a time.

Working up to 5 hours of overtime per week.

Working weekends.
