We are seeking a Volvo Product Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
Greet and guide customers as they arrive on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs by utilizing current inventory information.
Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features on the lot.
Assist customers in completing their sales applications.
Help management increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily and reporting any issues.
Support management in ensuring the lot is properly merchandised to maximize sales.
Qualifications
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
Outgoing and friendly, especially when handling objections.
Excellent customer service skills and a proven sales track record.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
Persuasive with the ability to overcome customer objections during the sales process.
Proficient in basic business math, including percentages.
Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs.
Persistent, competitive, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales.
