Job Overview Artcraft Home Improvements is hiring a Carpentry Foreman to lead field operations across residential roofing and exterior renovation projects. This full-time, on-site leadership role is perfect for a skilled carpenter with supervisory experience who is ready to mentor crews, drive jobsite efficiency, and ensure top-quality craftsmanship. You'll play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day operations, meeting project timelines, and upholding safety and workmanship standards.

Supervise and lead carpentry crews on residential exterior and roofing projects.
Ensure daily work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Assign tasks, manage timelines, and track crew performance on-site.
Train, coach, and support team members to develop skills and improve productivity.
Coordinate materials, tools, and labor to meet project goals.
Communicate effectively with project managers and homeowners.
Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job sites.
Resolve jobsite challenges quickly and efficiently.
Report progress and crew needs to the office regularly.
Operate and oversee the safe use of hand and power tools.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of carpentry or exterior construction experience.
Previous experience leading crews or supervising job sites preferred.
Must have a tool belt and basic hand tools
Ability to read a tape measure is required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in roofing, siding, or framing is a plus.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments.
