Responsibilities: Instructs and educates team members. Identifies and requisitions materials required. Reads, comprehends, and correctly interprets various plumbing diagrams. Notes and conveys project milestones. Properly completes and submits documentation. Transports team members to and from job sites. Maintains company-owned assets, such as vehicles, tools, and test equipment, according to policies and procedures. Accurately analyzes situations and develops an appropriate course of action. Provides accurate and complete instructions to crew. Recognizes and mitigates safety hazards, enabling duties to be performed in a safe manner. All other duties as required. Skills / Other: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Reliable and dependable. Complex problem-solver. Able to work as part of a team. Extremely detail-oriented. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and move up to 80lbs. Must be able to work in excess of 8 to 14-hour shifts. During the shifts, an employee is required to mostly stand, but job tasks do require excessive bending, and seating in odd positions. Must be able to climb towers or ladder systems in heights up to 300'. Must be able to climb an excessive number of stairs on some projects. An employee can be required to wear a full-body personal fall restraint harness, that can be required to be worn up to 14 hours per day. May be required to operate sit-down and stand-up machinery. Education/ Training: High School graduate or equivalent, required. Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite. ATTSA TCS certified. OSHA 30. Clean and current driver's license (MVR check) in applying State. Experience: 5 Years of experience. 2 Years supervising and directing the work of others. Ability to read plumbing diagrams. Strong understanding of hanging, plumbing, adjusting, and testing of telecommunications systems and their components. Knowledge of carrier color codes, azimuths, as well as mechanical and electrical down tilt. Compensation:
