Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm Full Time Requirements:
You
must
be 21 years old. Follow all written work instructions for jobs, and timely document labor time, inventory sheets, purchase orders, and scope of work completed. Job Duties:
You will be: Safely perform overhead work, on and off a ladder, such as lamp and ceiling tile changes. Replace ballasts, and make minor electrical repairs such as outlets and switches. Perform drywall repairs, including patching and texturing. Install restroom fixtures including toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets. Perform minor plumbing repairs including: leaky faucets, urinal/toilet valves, install auto flushing units, unclog fixtures with snaking tools or other methods, etc. Paint with brush and/or sprayer. Install dispensers (toilet paper, paper towels, air freshener, etc). Hang whiteboards and pictures. Hang and adjust doors. Recommend other work for noticed items that need repair. Accurately bid hours and parts necessary to complete above scopes of work. Read technical trade literature at a level equivalent to AA degree. Supervise and work with multiple assistants on a job site. Mentor and train Maintenance I and II level employees. Stand in for the direct supervisor in the event of absence. Identify and correct systemic problems, and articulate resource needs to upper management. Access and manipulate data (e.g., spreadsheets, word documents). Prioritize, schedule, and deploy resources considering health, safety, urgency, and difficulty of jobs. Follow company safety protocols, and correct others not following safety protocols. Execute company objectives cheerfully. Exhibit a humble, joyful professional demeanor. Comply with CA law regarding rest breaks and meal periods, and accurately document timecards.
