Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $73,000.00/yr

What This Job Involves The Associate Project Manager role is a critical position within JLL's Project Team, focused on delivering superior client service while contributing to company growth. This position involves working alongside project executives on large, complex assignments, developing project scope and schedules, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of client requirements. The role combines technical project management expertise with client relationship management, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What your day-to-day will look like

Support project executives on large complex projects and assignments while proactively managing project-related issues

Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects, conducting and documenting weekly meetings

Coordinate and track all Vendor RFPs while maintaining accurate electronic files and documentation

Prepare and update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain financial tracking

Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors to coordinate activities and technical relocations

Demonstrate proficiency in PDS technology applications and ensure accurate accounts receivable management

Comply with all JLL policies and procedures while meeting assigned financial targets

Support onsite project management efforts to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Engineering or Construction Management

Ability to prepare and track budgets with strong analytical and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with detail-oriented approach

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with executive level clients

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in team environments

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of technical requirements for business relocations

Electrical engineering degree

Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture/space planning concepts

Experience with PDS technology applications

Previous experience in client service or account management roles

Flexibility with work hours and travel requirements

Experience managing accounts receivable and working capital metrics

Location:

New York Metro – hybrid (requires 2-3 days onsite, 2-3 days remote)

Travel:

This role may require travel up to 80% (4 day/week)

Work Shift:

08 Hour Day – 1st Shift / Morning Shift (United states of America)

Salary/Comp:

$59,800.00 - $73,300.00 / 5% Bonus
