Project Manager (Concrete)

Reports to: Senior PM & Managing Member
Coordinates with: Superintendent
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:
Manage all project-related tasks including submittals, schedule, labor, material, and equipment for multiple projects simultaneously.
Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents thoroughly.
Maintain organization and efficiency to assist the Managing Member and Superintendent in staying ahead of crews by four weeks on RFIs, procurement, and scheduling.
Coordinate with General Contractors and subcontractors effectively.
Track change orders, field change requests, delays, and create change orders as needed for cost management.
Review project documents such as submittals and shop drawings for completeness and accuracy.
Prepare and submit submittal packages and RFIs in accordance with contract requirements and GC requests.
Maintain updated logs of submittals and RFIs.
Keep drawings current in Procore and filing systems, updating with RFI changes with the help of the Project Engineer.
Communicate project changes to the Superintendent and Managing Member, especially those impacting cost or schedule.
Participate in pre-construction meetings and assist with project setup and site logistics.
Coordinate materials needed for the scope of work, ensuring compliance with approved submittals and contracts.
Review and analyze quantity and rate tracking.
Assist in developing and enforcing safety and emergency action plans for projects in collaboration with the team.
