As Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with James Pearson - State Farm Agent, you will equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. You will implement and support office policies and ensure the delivery of excellent customer experiences. Collaborating with team members, you will create smooth operations to promote insurance products and financial services. As an organized and detail-oriented professional, your skills will help provide essential services to our community. James Pearson - State Farm Agent is eager to welcome your collaborative presence. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance policies, coverage, claims, and billing. Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Ensure the office is well-maintained and equipped to meet customer needs and market relevant products. QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening. Experience in insurance required; management experience preferred. Proactive problem-solving skills. Ability to work in and manage a team environment. Proficiency with Windows applications. Ability to collaborate to achieve agency goals. Success in a fast-paced environment. Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses. Minimum of 5+ years experience in insurance sales or as an office manager (required) . BENEFITS:
