The SEC Reporting Analyst will be responsible for financial reporting, SEC filing, SOX, and technical accounting research. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field 4+ years of financial reporting and/or technical accounting experience MUST have public accounting experience Active CPA or close to it Advanced Excel What will you do in this SEC Reporting Analyst role

Prepare SEC filing, tie-outs, investor reporting, and earnings releases Create financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, disclosures, and reporting schedules Consolidation, balance sheet management, variance analysis, and assist with preparation for earnings calls Created reporting around the annual audit and quarterly reviews XBRL tagging Maintain SOX documentation Liaise with auditors Develop reporting packages and materials for SOX and disclosure meetings Technical accounting research and draft memos Analyze debt and equity offerings and disclosure tie-outs What is in this SEC Reporting Analyst role for you
