Job Summary: The Samuel Ginn College of Engineering is seeking a Development Programs Administrator to support its flagship programs Women Strong and Engineering EAGLE Society. Working under the Senior Director of Development and the Engagement & Donor Relations Manager, the role will provide program support, strategic direction, event management, donor outreach, and financial oversight.

What You’ll Do

Lead with Vision: Provide strategic direction, manage planning, implementation, and operations of programs and fundraising events.

Engage and Inspire: Build relationships with alumni, donors, students, faculty, and staff through events, outreach, and stewardship.

Drive Impactful Fundraising: Support solicitation of gifts and memberships, identify prospective donors, and steward existing supporters.

Champion Philanthropy: Recruit members for signature initiatives, foster a culture of giving, and leverage development resources.

Advance Strategic Initiatives: Oversee daily operations, financial processes, promotional efforts, recordkeeping; prepare reports to track progress.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

Advance the mission by fostering alumni, donor, and stakeholder engagement.

Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and central Development colleagues.

Innovate by creating strategies to recruit participants and promote programs.

Produce – plan, coordinate, and execute daily operations, events, communications, financial processes, and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree + 4 years experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, public relations, event coordination, or related administrative support.

OR Master’s degree + 2 years experience in the same fields.

Posting Details Salary: $49,290 – $73,940 (annual) • Hours: 7:45 am–4:45 pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional nights and weekends. • Location: Auburn, Alabama.
