About the Role As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding Kashable’s footprint by building relationships with enterprise employers (3,000+ employees) and implementing targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to connect with HR, benefits, and wellbeing leaders in key industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, utilities, higher education, and the public sector. In this role, you will partner closely with Kashable’s marketing team to create and execute highly personalized outreach campaigns, leveraging creative marketing tactics and innovative sales technologies to generate, engage, and convert large enterprise leads. This role is ideal for a self‑driven, creative, and relationship‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to help grow a mission‑driven organization.
Responsibilities
Identify and target enterprise employers within Kashable’s key verticals.
Leverage marketing technologies and automation tools (e.g., CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, intent data platforms) to drive high‑quality conversations with prospects.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that drive inbound and outbound lead generation.
Develop and execute customized, multi‑channel ABM strategies to engage prospective clients, using email, phone, LinkedIn, direct mail, and in‑person networking.
Partner with marketing to develop personalized messaging, creative assets, and tailored content that resonate with key HR and benefits decision‑makers.
Experiment with new and creative engagement tactics, such as video prospecting, interactive content, and event‑based outreach.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with HR, benefits, retirement, and wellbeing leaders, positioning Kashable as a trusted financial wellness partner.
Work cross‑functionally with marketing to refine messaging, optimize lead‑nurturing campaigns, and drive higher conversion rates from marketing‑qualified leads to sales‑qualified meetings.
Evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration between marketing and sales.
Required Skills/Abilities
Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email automation tools, and other sales & marketing tech stacks.
A creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and outside‑the‑box outreach strategies.
Experience working alongside marketing teams to drive integrated sales and marketing campaigns.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and a results‑driven mindset.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with content marketing, social selling, and event‑driven demand generation is a strong plus.
Familiarity with employee benefits, total rewards, retirement solutions, or financial wellbeing programs is a strong plus.
Education and Experience
B.A or B.S required.
At least 1 year of B2B sales, business development, or growth marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, insurance, voluntary benefits, or HR technology.
Experience working in marketing‑driven sales environments with a focus on ABM and lead generation.
