Operations & Workflow Oversee daily office functions and field technician scheduling Ensure efficient routing, time management, and service coordination Maintain accurate documentation across all customer accounts Finance & Administration Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor relationships Lead collections efforts and assist with legal follow-up when needed Monitor financial accuracy and record-keeping Supervise office staff and uphold company standards & policies Assist with onboarding, compliance, and employee documentation Handle internal communication, team meetings, and conflict resolution Facility & Supplies Maintain a clean, professional office environment Manage inventory and anticipate supply needs proactively Strategic Involvement Attend monthly management meetings and contribute operational insights Help develop and refine internal policies and employee handbook What You Bring
3+ years of office or operations management experience (service industry preferred) Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills Knowledge of basic HR and financial procedures Tech-savvy with office software and documentation systems Clear, professional communication style Why Walker Pest Management?
