Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring compliance with USDA, HACCP, GMP, and SSOP standards.
Implement and maintain food safety protocols and ensure audit readiness at all times.
Lead and develop production teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Monitor and analyze manufacturing KPIs to ensure optimal plant performance.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of all equipment within the meat processing plant.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Manage and resolve operational challenges while maintaining a focus on quality and safety standards.
Profile
Strong knowledge of USDA compliance, HACCP, GMP, and SSOP standards.
Experience in meat processing and food safety protocols.
Proficiency in operations leadership and team management.
Ability to drive process improvements and meet manufacturing KPIs.
Experience with equipment maintenance and audit readiness.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
