Store - CHLT-MOORESVILLE, NC Role Overview:
Deliver a customer-centric shopping experience by managing front-end operations, leading omnichannel processes, maintaining store recovery standards, and providing friendly customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Assist Store Manager in ensuring compliance with SOPs, company policies, and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results. Ensure adherence to front-end policies; meet KPIs for yourself and your team. Plan and execute in-store events and class activities. Lead omnichannel initiatives. Manage shrink and safety programs. Assist with cash reconciliation, bank deposits, and inventory processes including RTV and ASN activities. Support onboarding and training of new team members; coach and develop team members to achieve results. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). Interact respectfully with customers, assist with locating products, and provide solutions. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining truck standards. Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production where applicable. In stores without a Framing Manager, lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions, planning and managing workload in partnership with the Store Manager. Preferred Skills and Experience:
Retail management experience preferred. Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching. Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment. Work involves outdoor activities, climate-controlled areas, and some work hours during nights, weekends, and early mornings. Additional Information:
