Oversee and direct the concrete team, including laborers, carpenters, concrete finishers, and other construction workers. Assign tasks, provide instructions, and ensure quality standards are met. Assist in planning and scheduling concrete pours, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing processes. Ensure resources, tools, and equipment are available and ready for each stage of the project. Monitor concrete work for accuracy, ensuring it meets project specifications and industry standards. Ensure all safety protocols and company safety policies are followed on-site. Manage and track concrete, tools, and other materials needed for the project. Ensure that all supplies are delivered on time and stored correctly by working with the project manager to place orders and manage inventory. Make sure the crew is on schedule to meet project deadlines. Provide updates to project managers and report any issues or delays that could affect the project timeline. Qualifications
