Overview Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers help bring this vision to life every day for guests of their centers—coordinating multiple team members, problem‑solving in real time, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

MAKE GUESTS PRIORITY #1

– Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.

NEVER STOP IMPROVING

– Continually hone our operational execution; schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience.

TAKE EVERY OPPORTUNITY

– Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).

PARTNER WITH LEAGUES

– Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues.

ASSEMBLE AN ALL-STAR TEAM

– Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.

SHOW OFF YOUR MANAGEMENT SKILLS

– Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity; delegate consistently.

DRIVE FOOD & BEVERAGE SALES

– Oversee the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction. Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture.

REMAIN FLEXIBLE

– Work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, and be available for extended workdays as needed by your center.

As a committed member of our team, you’re ready to fill in for the General Manager as needed. Your guest service sensibility is matched by strong interpersonal and communication skills. You’re a dedicated team player, develop talent, and look to eventually step into a General Manager role.

Desired Skills

2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Bachelor’s Degree

Ability to supervise center operations staff

Strong team player

Exceptional “People Developer”

Customer service professional

Knowledge of POS register systems

Work Environment & Physical Demands Typical entertainment environment that requires walking, bending, and standing for periods of time, and may involve lifting objects with assistance.
