What you'll do

Be a Team Member:

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and is flexible to work in other areas. Be an Expert:

Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future production and seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering, receiving orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner:

Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assists with purchasing decisions and payments; locates merchandise; resolves member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador:
