Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Assistant Project Manager – Construction Field

to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in large‑scale construction projects while contributing to the growth and success of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating construction activities from inception to completion.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to project schedules.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates for senior management.

Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and project progress.

Assist in procurement of materials and ensure timely availability on site.

Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.

Support the resolution of on‑site issues and maintain strong communication among all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and safety standards.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction project coordination or management.

Prior experience on large‑scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.

Experience working with cross‑functional teams, contractors, and vendors is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

Full‑time position.

Standard field office hours, with flexibility for site visits or project deadlines.

Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required depending on project needs.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
