You will also have the opportunity to shape the direction of one our newest product offerings, TurboTax Live Business. What You Will Do

Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products in a timely and professional manner. Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries. Maintain sensitive customer information responsibly. Utilize government websites and professional resources to deliver accurate answers. Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions. Adhere to Intuit’s operating values, including integrity without compromise. What You Need

Strong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws; 3+ years recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120‑S) for at least 20 clients per season. Active unrestricted credential: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney. Minimum of 2 seasons personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 tax returns per year. Minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days. Bookkeeping experience strongly preferred. Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry customers preferred. State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required. Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Commit to a minimum schedule, 20 hours/week, 4-hour shift increments. Working knowledge of Circular 230. Proficient with technology. Strong customer service skills, ability to interact via video/audio tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Critical thinking, problem solving, research skills, determination. Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria. Compensation

Expected base pay ranges by region are as follows: Bay Area California $40.10–$46.20, Southern California $40.10–$46.20, Colorado $38.20–$43.90, Hawaii $40.10–$46.20, Illinois $38.20–$43.90, Maryland $38.20–$43.90, Massachusetts $40.10–$46.20, Minnesota $34.40–$39.56, New Jersey $40.10–$46.20, New York $40.10–$46.20, Ohio $34.40–$39.56, Vermont $38.20–$43.90, Washington $40.10–$46.20, Washington DC $38.20–$43.90. This position may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and benefits.
