What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Onboard, train, and manage a portfolio of low-ARR accounts across Medical and Clinical product lines
Serve as a trusted partner to clients by proactively identifying opportunities for value delivery and ensuring successful adoption of solutions
Collaborate with the Customer Success team and cross-functional partners to represent client needs and influence product development
Define client-specific success criteria, goals, and KPIs, and assist clients in achieving measurable outcomes
Prepare monthly and quarterly client reports highlighting usage trends and key insights
What is Required (Qualifications)
1+ years of customer-facing experience in the Life Sciences and/or Tech industry, particularly in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services (healthcare or biopharma experience strongly preferred)
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all organizational levels
Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
Attention to detail and willingness to assist with additional projects as assigned
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a healthcare or biopharma environment
Demonstrated resilience and a desire to grow within a fast-paced organization
Strong executive presence and confidence in communication and presentation
