Key Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift, take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them to run a great shift.
Help assigned Departments meet their goals and meet targets during shifts.
