Responsibilities
Lead and streamline HR operations across multi‑state or multi‑entity environments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage and optimize HR systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits) to drive automation and process efficiency.
Partner with Finance and Payroll to align data integrity, reporting, and compliance standards.
Develop and implement scalable HR processes for onboarding, compensation, and performance management.
Use data and analytics to support workforce planning, compensation insights, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, people systems, or total rewards; experience in multi‑state or global environments preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Deep understanding of HR technology ecosystems (e.g., Dayforce, ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or equivalent).
Proven ability to design and optimize HR processes with a focus on automation and data accuracy.
Experience managing HRIS implementations, integrations, and reporting functions.
Advanced analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL, or scripting languages (Python, R) a plus.
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills with a bias for process improvement.
Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian employment laws, compliance standards, and multi‑entity payroll processes.
Demonstrated success leading teams or projects within high‑growth or complex organizational structures.
