The Senior Account Manager cultivates and maintains AssistRx’s relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturing partners. In this role, you'll work with pharmaceutical executives (Associate Director and above) daily to ensure they receive maximum value from iAssist’s features and services. The Pharmaceutical Account Manager presents new ideas and innovations to clients, upselling and enhancing their products, and acts as the liaison between Pharmaceutical Brand Teams and all key AssistRx stakeholders. Responsibilities

Form strategic partnerships with clients by understanding their business goals, technical challenges, and infrastructure to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Establish and maintain a role as an advisor to clients and colleagues. Present new ideas and innovations to clients to upsell and enhance their products and services. Research high-level solutions for clients. Develop relationships with clients through regular meetings and conference calls to review service quality and ensure they benefit from iAssist’s features. Collaborate with Client Services to resolve complex support issues effectively. Manage the delivery of services to achieve high client satisfaction and trust. Determine effective problem resolution methods utilizing internal resources when necessary. Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and service. Participate in client quarterly reviews, annual Plan Of Action meetings, and other travel as needed. Plan milestones and track progress. Communicate effectively by presenting information clearly to all involved parties. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum three years of experience in customer support and/or sales roles. Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, especially with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams. Project Management, HUB Operations, or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management experience is a plus. Technical skills are essential. Benefits
