Summary The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role greets patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answers telephones, schedules appointments, and performs other general office duties as assigned. The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with federal, state, and MaineHealth confidentiality policies.

Location 110 Franklin Health Commons Farmington, ME
Facility hours Monday-Friday 7AM-5PM
Work Arrangement Please note this role is fully onsite, no remote flexibility.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred.
Experience: One year of experience in customer service or data entry in a healthcare environment preferred. Computer experience required.
Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare billing and diagnostic coding.
