Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – East Dallas–Fort Worth, TX Outpatient Orthopedics | Choose Your Home Clinic (No Float/Travel) Clinic Locations – Select One Home Base Vista Physical Therapy is hiring

full-time PTAs for single-site, clinic-based roles

across the East DFW metro.

This is not a float or travel position

— you’ll work at

one specific clinic , selected based on your preferences and location. Available Clinics: McKinney – Lakota Trail: 3565 Lakota Trl, Suite 100, McKinney, TX 75070 Little Elm – E. University Blvd: 26744 E. University Blvd, Suite 500, Little Elm, TX 76227 Anna – W. White St: 2100 W. White St, Suite 290, Anna, TX 75409 You’ll select your preferred clinic during the interview process and remain at that location full-time — no floating required. Salary & Incentives Hourly Pay:

Competitive, based on experience Monthly incentive bonus:

Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year) Student loan reimbursement:

outpatient orthopedic care

for diverse patient populations. Services may include: Orthopedic & sports therapy Manual therapy & therapeutic exercise Post-surgical rehabilitation Spine and TMJ care Vestibular rehabilitation Work injury rehab and gait/orthotic assessments As a member of Vista and the

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) , you'll receive strong support, mentorship, and development opportunities in a

collaborative, patient-first setting . Job Responsibilities Deliver physical therapy treatments under PT supervision Progress and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities Accurately document care in EMR Collaborate with PTs and support staff to optimize outcomes Support day-to-day clinic operations in a safe and positive environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited PTA program Active Texas PTA license (or eligibility) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outpatient ortho experience preferred, but not required New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply About Us Vista Physical Therapy is a proud partner of the
