Overview

Performs clinical imaging procedures including Nuclear Medicine, CT, MRI, General X-ray, and Ultrasound (where qualified) at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the department by performing a broad range of duties. Receives and processes patient information, uses independent judgment to perform imaging exams according to policy, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and protection. Assists radiologists and physicians. Communicates effectively, works efficiently, maintains a clean and safe environment, and demonstrates proper use and care of equipment. Shows a caring attitude towards patients, visitors, and staff. Keeps current with professional developments through continuing education. Qualifications

License, certification, and/or registration:

ARRT Licensure or NMTCB required. Must be registered or eligible for registration in four additional modalities. For Ultrasound, ARDMS registration is required. Additional skills:

Expected to take call in any area after meeting competency requirements. CPR certification required. About Us
