The Radiological Technologist performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner (Radiologist/Surgeon). Exercises professional judgment in performance of service and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of procedure(s). Key Responsibilities
Maintains all the essential job functions of the Diagnostic Technologist. Performs radiographic/imaging procedures. Assists licensed practitioner with fluoroscopic and specialized Interventional radiography procedures. Verifies informed consent for and assists a licensed practitioner with Interventional procedures. Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Associate’s Degree or Graduate of a Technical School 1+ Years of Position-Related Experience Kansas Licensed Radiologic Technologist (LRT) Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family: Mental Health Resources and Support
