Provide high-quality patient care in orthopedic settings. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans. Educate patients and families on orthopedic conditions and treatments. Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for improvement. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Utilize evidence-based practices in patient care. Communicate effectively with patients and team members. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Assist in the implementation of new orthopedic procedures. Experience/Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado, with orthopedic specialty preferred. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning opportunities. Experience in orthopedic nursing or related healthcare field is essential. Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team. Ability to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly. Proficient in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. Experience with evidence-based practices in patient care delivery. Willingness to assist in implementing new orthopedic procedures and protocols. Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives in healthcare settings. What\'s in it for you?
