Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER. Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes promptly. Achieve targets set for patient care and department efficiency. Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures for safety and compliance. Ensure high visibility of work activities and results. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Utilize pipelines to track and improve patient care processes. Adapt to evolving healthcare practices and technologies. Engage in performance reviews to enhance personal and professional growth. Support and mentor junior staff in emergency care practices. Experience/Qualifications
Active RN license in Arizona or compact state. Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience required. Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions. Ability to achieve and exceed set patient care targets. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic ER environment. Knowledge of hospital safety and compliance procedures. Strong analytical skills to utilize pipelines for process improvement. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
