The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: As a Clinician in our Child Outpatient program, you are responsible for the direct provision of services to youth and family therapy services, including group and individual/family counseling. Qualifications: Required: Master's Degree Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred: LCSW, LSW, or LPC Essential Functions: Obtains appropriate release of information Designs and implements treatment plans, including individual, group, and/or family psychotherapy, and evaluates and documents patient outcomes according to department policy and procedure Interprets nature of illness and prescribed course of treatment to patients and families Communicates family issues to other staff members Participates in planning conferences Maintains up-to-date and complete records of patient information according to established standards As a member of the multidisciplinary team, assists in reviewing and updating treatment and discharge plans Collaborates with other hospital programs and community agencies with which patients and families are involved Assesses patients' needs through clinical interviews, chart/history review and through the use of standardized instruments Benefits and Perks: At RWJBarnabas Health, our market-competitive Total Rewards package provides comprehensive benefits and resources to support our employees physical, emotional, social, and financial health.
