is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to deliver exemplary care and enthusiasm in working with our adult population in both Skilled Nursing and Home Health Care settings. This is a full-time position involving skilled nursing facilities in Warsaw and Wabash, along with the delivery of Home Health services in the surrounding areas. Benefits include: Easy access to local Regional Management Staff for support Average 15 hours/week for PTO Accrual Average 20 hours/week for 401k with Match/ESOP The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients according to physician orders, using various therapeutic procedures to restore muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, relieve pain, and improve movement and function. They will work as part of a team, providing support and information within the scope of Physical Therapy. Services may be provided in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care. Qualifications: Bachelor's or advanced degree in Physical Therapy Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation; new grads are welcome to apply Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills Willingness to provide therapy services across various locations including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities, or Home Health Care Ability to demonstrate competency in applying therapy principles, methods, materials, and equipment Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements Flexible schedules to support work/life balance
