Job Title: Adolescent Therapist
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85023
Hours & Schedule: Mon 8-5; Tue, Wed, & Thur 11-7
Work Environment: Intensive Outpatient (IOP) – Structured outpatient care
Salary / Hourly Rate: $70,000 – $80,000 annually

Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Adolescent Therapist for our Phoenix-based Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This full-time position is ideal for a motivated, clinically skilled professional who is passionate about guiding adolescents through their behavioral health challenges in a structured outpatient setting. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to facilitate meaningful, lasting change for youth and families.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy to adolescent clients
Develop, implement, and revise treatment plans in coordination with the clinical team
Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to ensure integrated care
Provide therapeutic support and psychoeducation to families
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuing education
Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or similar field
Active Arizona licensure (LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW)
Experience working with adolescents in behavioral health is preferred
Familiarity with IOP or similar outpatient programs is advantageous
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain upon hire
