Responsible for delivering professional nursing care in the operative setting to patients undergoing surgical or other invasive procedures. This position assesses patient needs, plans and implements appropriate interventions, and evaluates outcomes. Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols. Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Required qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of Neuro / Spine experience Associate's of Nursing RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's of Nursing Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) E-Learning Instructional Design Certification Our promise to you:
