Overview
Technician position requiring outgoing, enthusiastic, compassionate personality. You will use your communication skills, problem solving abilities and be a passionate patient advocate. You will need to be professional, trustworthy, punctual, and friendly. Experience in a fast-paced animal hospital setting is required. Must have: excellent oral and written communication skills; interpersonal skills including working in a team environment; ability to handle difficult situations including emergencies; basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Email); AVImark experience preferred; and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while attending to details. Technicians must share a firm belief in the quality of care we provide and convey this sense of assurance to clients. It is important to know and understand our services and recommendations and be able to clearly convey the value of the services to clients. Full-time or part-time available. Provide compassionate patient care and advocacy while maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor. Use communication and problem‑solving skills to support clients and patients and convey the value of services. Collaborate in a team environment and assist in handling emergencies when they arise. Maintain basic computer skills and attention to detail; utilize tools such as Microsoft Office and AVImark as applicable. Support adherence to the organization’s standards of care and communicate this assurance to clients. Qualifications
