Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare environments.
Experience/Qualifications
Valid RN license in Ohio with cardiology experience preferred.
Willingness to achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care in cardiology settings.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and self-assessment.
Strong communication skills for effective patient and family education.
Proven experience in collaborating with healthcare teams for treatment planning.
